  • Request intimate or sexual images from a minor.
  • Send pornography, sexual material, or other sexually explicit content to a minor.
  • Encourage a minor to hide communications or conduct from a parent or guardian.
  • Exploit a trainer, coach, or other authority relationship with an athlete.

Harassment and Abuse

You must not threaten, harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, blackmail, abuse, or target another person. Hate-based abuse, unwanted repeated contact, coercion, retaliation, and credible threats are prohibited.

Illegal Activity

You must not use HoopSlot to commit or facilitate fraud, child exploitation, illegal activity, unauthorized access, impersonation, theft, or the distribution of unlawful material. Do not attempt to bypass platform security or access information you are not authorized to view.

Images, Video, and Athlete Information

Upload or share athlete information, images, and video only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Respect the visibility selected for Film Room content and do not download, redistribute, expose, or misuse another person's private information or content.

Never request, upload, or distribute intimate images, exploitative material, or content that places an athlete at risk.

Trainer Conduct

Trainers must act professionally, communicate for legitimate training or business purposes, keep athlete and family information appropriately protected, and comply with laws and professional obligations that apply to their services. Trainers may not misrepresent qualifications, identity, availability, prices, or services.

Reporting

To report suspected abuse or unsafe use, email us through the Report a Safety Concern action. Include enough information for us to understand the concern, but do not include unnecessary private information in the initial email.

This email is not emergency support. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or appropriate authorities.

Enforcement

HoopSlot may investigate reports, preserve relevant platform information, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate. Decisions may consider the nature, severity, evidence, context, and history of reported conduct.

HoopSlot does not represent that it proactively or continuously monitors every message, upload, trainer, or interaction. Users remain responsible for reporting concerns and for their own lawful conduct.
