Depending on how you use HoopSlot, the service may process:

• Trainer information, such as business details, contact information, subscription status, and service preferences.
• Athlete and family information, such as athlete names, optional age, grade, position, goals, notes, contact details, and parent or guardian relationships.
• Scheduling and training information, such as sessions, locations, attendance, packages, homework, coaching notes, and progress updates.
• Payment-related information, such as plan, subscription, package, balance, and payment-status information. Payment providers may collect payment details directly under their own terms.
• Communications, such as message bodies, subjects, recipients, linked athletes, read state, and related session or video references.
• Film Room information, such as video files or links, titles, notes, visibility choices, thumbnails, and athlete relationships.
• Group Training information, such as rosters, signup details, capacity, waitlist, attendance, participant, and payment-status information.
• Guest signup information, such as an athlete's name and optional age, parent or athlete contact details, requested session, and security or duplicate-request indicators.
• Support and testimonial information, such as support messages, publication choices, testimonial text, display information, and submitted media.
• Technical and security information, such as request, device, browser, IP address, authentication, rate-limit, error, and security-event information when generated through use of the service.

Information may be provided by account holders, independent trainers, parents or guardians, athletes, guest signup participants, and people who contact support. HoopSlot also receives information from service providers and automatically through normal use of the website, account sessions, security tools, and related technologies.

HoopSlot uses information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot accounts and platform features.
• Connect trainers with authorized athletes, parents, and guardians.
• Support scheduling, training, packages, payment status, and Group Training.
• Deliver messages, reminders, support responses, and service communications.
• Store and share Film Room content according to selected visibility and permissions.
• Process subscriptions and support payment-related functionality.
• Prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce policies, and comply with law.
• Understand and improve the reliability and operation of HoopSlot.

Information is shared through the service according to account roles, trainer-athlete relationships, parent or player links, and selected content visibility. For example, a trainer may share schedules, messages, updates, or Film Room content with connected athletes and families.

HoopSlot may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, security, CAPTCHA, payment functionality, and other operations. Those providers process information to perform services for HoopSlot and may have their own legally required terms or notices.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or comply with applicable law and appropriate legal process.

Trainers and families may arrange payments using methods selected by the independent trainer. HoopSlot may process subscription identifiers, package information, balances, and payment status. A payment provider may process payment details directly. HoopSlot does not control that provider's independent privacy practices.

HoopSlot is used in connection with youth basketball and may process information about minors that is supplied by trainers, parents or guardians, athletes, or guest signup participants. Users must provide information about minors only when they have appropriate authority and must follow applicable legal requirements.

Parents and guardians may contact HoopSlot with questions or requests concerning a minor's information. Age, consent, access, and deletion requirements may vary by jurisdiction and circumstances. This policy does not claim compliance with a particular children's privacy framework where legal and technical verification has not been completed.

Retention varies based on the type of information, account and archive choices, platform operations, security needs, payment and transaction requirements, legal obligations, and dispute or safety-report preservation needs. Archiving an athlete, message thread, or video may not immediately delete all related records or stored content.

HoopSlot may delete, anonymize, or retain information when reasonably appropriate for these purposes. No specific deletion or retention period is guaranteed by this policy.

Depending on your account role and applicable law, you may be able to access or update information within HoopSlot. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy concern. HoopSlot may need to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to an athlete before acting on a request.

HoopSlot uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect platform information, including authentication, access controls, private storage, and security checks. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

HoopSlot may update this policy as the service and legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top of the page identify the published policy. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate or required.
